1. Promotion Eligibility

• Promotions cannot be applied to existing bookings or previously confirmed events.
• Each promotion is subject to availability and may be limited to specific event types, dates, or locations.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of promotions redeemed per customer or event.

2. Discount Application

• Discount codes must be entered at the time of quote request or mentioned during initial consultation.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or special pricing unless explicitly stated.
• Discounts apply to base service rates only and may not apply to add-on services, travel fees, or other charges.
• All discounts are subject to verification and may be voided if fraud or misuse is suspected.

3. Booking Requirements

• A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking and apply the promotion.
• Promotions are valid only for events booked and confirmed within the promotion period.
• Event dates must fall within our available service dates and standard service area.
• Minimum booking hours and other standard terms and conditions apply.

4. Expiration & Validity

• All promotions have specific start and end dates. Promotions expire at 11:59 PM CST on the end date.
• Promotions are valid only while supplies last and subject to DJ availability.
• We reserve the right to modify, extend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
• If a promotion is cancelled or modified, bookings already confirmed with the promotion will be honored.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings, including those made with promotions.
• If an event is cancelled, the promotion discount cannot be transferred to a future event.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the discounted rate.

6. Limitations & Restrictions

• Promotions may exclude certain event types, peak dates (holidays, weekends), or premium services.
• Some promotions may require a minimum event duration or guest count.
• Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area, regardless of promotion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or void promotions if terms are violated.

• All promotions are subject to our standard terms of service and cancellation policies.
• We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these terms at our sole discretion.
